Tiffany Wilmot has been president of Wilmot Inc, a small, woman-owned sustainability consulting firm for 25 years. Under her leadership, the company has managed a wide variety of large-scale public and private-sector projects. Wilmot is currently breaking new ground in Nashville by incorporating sustainability into the city’s water and wastewater projects as a part of the Energy Management Program and Overflow Abatement Program and LEED certified buildings.
After spending two years in the Peace Corps, David realized he could continue serving in whatever career he chose. Fortunately, he chose to continue his career as an engineer. He understands that the best solutions to a problem take into account not only financial and physical limitations, but also social concerns and community goals.
Natalie is a graduate from the University of Vermont's Rubenstein School of the Environment and Natural Resources. Field experience in Montana studying sustainability and land relations gave her an understanding of the ins and outs of stakeholder relations across environmental issues. Her deep understanding of ecological systems and how humans interact with the global ecosystem translates to all her work with Wilmot through informed and creative sustainability solutions and project management.
Annie's background in environmental science and stakeholder management helps her to balance coordinating multiple projects while focusing on sustainable design and innovation.
Bryan combines years of experience as an assistant chief inspector for multi-million-dollar construction installations and a passion for the outdoors to support the mission of Wilmot Inc. He joined the team as a utility resident project representative and has overseen many successful installations and rehabilitations as part of the Clean Water Nashville Project. Growing up in his family’s timber business in Mississippi, Bryan has a unique perspective on forestry and natural resources, a talent he brings to every project.
Nate graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor's in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering. Attending college in a city opened his eyes to the social consequences of irresponsible environmental design. After volunteering with a Baltimore nonprofit to help feed food-insecure families, he decided to pursue community-focused work that helps build a cleaner and more equitable future.
After 33 years of experience at the State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Karen continues to promote sustainable development in both the local and global community. As an active member of a number of community organizations, Karen has promoted sustainability as far away as Wuxi, China with the Freshwater Fisheries Research Center, and as locally as Nashville, as a leader in TWIG-Tennessee Women in Green.
Chris’ attention to detail elevates every job he does as a project manager and field technician for Nashville’s sidewalk/bikeway audits and also trunk walking for the Clean Water Nashville Project. Chris grew up in Florida and attended Florida State University, where he found a special interest in ecology and biodiversity. Chris is particularly dedicated to the protection and preservation of our natural resources. His passion for the natural world and his experience in public service help Chris thrive at Wilmot, all while managing projects and leading fellow team members.
Thomas graduated from Wofford College with a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and Spanish. During his college studies and time abroad in various Spanish speaking countries, Thomas developed a passion for sustainability and the resulting benefits of sustainable practices on the individual, community, and global scale. Originally from the low country of South Carolina, Thomas moved to Nashville with a desire to support sustainability measures on a larger scale, leading to his role as a Data Analyst at Wilmot.
