Wilmot is committed to training the next generation of sustainability experts.

Each year, Lipscomb University invites Wilmot personnel to teach several classes in its sustainability masters program as adjunct faculty. These classes are an important part of coursework as Wilmot personnel bring real world experience into the classroom. Lipscomb’s Institute for Sustainable Practice is one of few programs nationwide that offers an undergraduate major and masters degree in sustainability or an MBA in sustainability. Wilmot also leads an annual trip for students to GreenBuild, the top conference in the county for Green Building professionals.

In addition to teaching, Wilmot offers experience and internships to students for LEED experience and LEED continuing education credit. Wilmot also offers webinars and on-site training and coaching for:

  • General green building training
  • LEED Green Associate and LEED Accredited Professional
  • Contractor training programs
  • LEED continuing education credits

Wilmot services include job site and office training. From green teams to corporate sustainability policy, Wilmot will assist in developing a strategy that makes your company more sustainable.
